About Claire Tompkins
I really enjoy helping couples who are past their honeymoon phase and are starting to notice increasing disconnection and conflict. I also enjoy working with teens struggling in their relationship with their parents.
I understand that in life there are times when we feel lost, stuck, or unhappy. My goal is to help clients develop healthy coping and communication skills while processing their past and setting value-based goals for their future. With an expertise in relationship dynamics, I adjust my approach to meet the unique needs of each client, integrating techniques and strategies from evidence-based theories to foster lasting change. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals, couples, and families to explore their challenges and start on a journey towards healing and growth.
In my free time I enjoy working in my vegetable and flower garden, playing with my two dogs, and cooking delicious meals to be enjoyed with family and friends.
I specialize in individual, couples, and family counseling in Minnesota.
I practice under the supervision of Ben Hoogland, LMFT.
